I know, the station IS Bluegrass but I have such a like, enjoyment and respect of Gospel music that I can't help myself. I played Gospel for years and still love it so I guess it's hard to part totally from my past and select all the Gospel tunes as grassy as I can. This I've pretty much done. My philosophy has been if it ain't got a blade of grass don't put it into the rotation. Well, I added a couple recently that were Christian Contemporary and maybe even some with a southern country flare. I have another I'll probably put into the rotation tonight that's Contemporary but as I lay waiting to fall asleep last night this came into my head; If it's good why not. Of course if I don't like it I'm not gonna play it. Therefore, the latest music I've received has been a mixture of Bluegrass and Gospel so unless my listeners really throw up a flag and imply they don't like what's in the station rotation, I'll keep sprinkling in a few Gospel related projects now and then that don't
have banjo, mando, fiddle and uprite bass involved. My end resolve is we are playing music that most enjoy.
