Wouldn't ya think I'd be refreshed from a 7 day Caribbean cruise and time in the sunshine of around 85 degree 70-80 percent humidity days. Well, ba-humbug. How depressing was the cruise?
Returning to work only one day after flying in from San Juan, Puerto Rico was like torture. Therefore the question is:
1) was this a bad time of year to take a trip like this?
2) is work really that bad?
3) did I need another week at home for recovery after that much travel?
Only time will tell. I've been ruff to live with since my return and seems like depression has set in. Maybe returning back to the main radio station music broadcast system being totally down didn't help.
At this point I have this conclusion. Taking a cruise in wonderful weather, not a worry each day but what's on the itinerary at the next port and how many more pictures do I have on my memory cards for the camera's may have a big impact on the way I've felt for the last few days.
I will have to admit having the main broadcast system back up and running with great music is a definite plus.
I look forward to my Sunday broadcasts coming up this weekend. Maybe a good dose of Bluegrass-Gospel will lift my spirits plus some pick'n with the band ain't gonna hurt one bit.
