John Bowman-Singer/Picker/Husband/Father

I've been appreciating John's capabilities for some time now. I had one of my most embarassing moments when I approached him at the Ryman a couple years back when I had a brain lapse and called him Ronnie Bowman. Thank goodness he don't get too excited when knot-heads like me bug him for a fan pic when their trying to order a drink at the consessions.

John has played with many very well known groups such as The Isaacs which his wife, Becky is a member.

I favor John's solo recordings such as "Remember Me" and "Take This Road" which feature John's lead vocal tallents. I'm not certain but from seeing many pictures posted on the net it appears John is capable of playing many instruments such as guitar, bass, fiddle and 5 string banjo and probably dobro. I've been hounding John to make a duo project with wife Becky but they may be so busy with all they have on their plates that it may be tuff to fit anything else in these days. Maybe they can eventually put something together and considering the writing and overall tallent of each, the reception from a fan stand-point would be a superb treat for sure.
In the mean time I'll continue spinning their tunes and you and I will be treated to wonderful Bluegrass flavored Gospel music for some time to come.
