Just in to the station today is the brand new Carolina Road project, "Back To My Roots". A super clean, crisp and very creative set of tunes that paints a great picture of the way true Bluegrass should sound. A tremendous background of performing for some time is Lorraine Jordan on mandolin, lead and tenor vocals, Ben Greene on banjo and bass vocals, Josh Goforth on fiddle, baritone vocals and road manager, Tommy Long on guitar and lead vocals, and Eddie Biggerstaff on bass and high lead vocals. One loaded group of talent and superb creativity makes me very proud to announce Carolina Road as the SPOTLIGHT ARTISTS OF THE WEEK on Southern Branch Bluegrass Radio.
